    Refund Policy

    All buyers agreed and accept our NO-RETURN POLICY. All sales are final, if you purchase a new miner from us please refer to our warranty's policy. 

    L7 and all Pre-Orders. All buyers agree and accept that pre-orders are also not refundable, buyers agree to wait until the miners arrive from our manufacturer and cancellations are not allow due to high demand on the miners. 


    To start a warranty claim, you can contact us at blassbooks@gmail.com. If your claim is accepted,  please follow the instructions provided by us via email on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a warranty claim will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your defective item "You only have 3 days after you received your item for this option", and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
